Proposed legislative changes to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Act 1991

The Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing (the Department) in April 2007, through a consultation paper, sought the views of stakeholders on the impacts of proposed changes to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (the Act). Submissions and feedback all being used to shape the final legislative amendments for consideration by the Australian Parliament.
