Authorisation

In June 2018:

  • the food ministers requested FSANZ review food safety risk management in the food service and close related sectors
  • the ISFR formed a working group to help develop an implementation package.

Status

In December 2022, FSANZ introduced a new food standard that applies to food service and retail businesses that handle potentially hazardous food. See FSANZ Proposal P1053.
